Lost in a sea of stuff to do!

My goodness! What a month. Life never seems to slow down when you are a mother. I love the line in John Lennon's song Beautiful Boy that says, "Life is what happens to you when you are busy making other plans." Connor is growing so quickly and doing so many new things I'm always so afraid that I'm going to miss something. He's pulling himself up now into a standing position and loves to say Whoa! It's really cute. He has also become quite the picky eater recently. Homemade macaroni and cheese and pancakes. That's it! Or at least those are the only foods he doesn't complain about.

School is going well but is much more work than I ever thought it would be. I still have one more presentation, a paper, and a final to go and then I will be off for a month. Yay! I have really loved my osteology class and will miss it. Next semester I'm taking a Law class where I learn how to testify as an expert witness in court. SCARY! I guess the final is actually testifying in a mock court in front of a real judge and jury and the person cross examining me is one of my anthro teachers! REALLY SCARY!

Well, life continues to march on and all the while we are missing everybody so much! I hope you all have a great weekend!

hope you do too. :) They do grow incredibly fast, seems like every time I turn around, Lily's using more words, or is using a spoon properly, and so on. :) Can't imagine what it must be like when you've been invested in your kid since birth.

I know what you mean... I have a buttload to do by the beginning of December. Then I'll be working 12's when I'm "off". Bah. But hey, at least I've got a job. Happy Turkey Day!!

12's? Yuck. Between childcare and homework that turns into 24's.

SO, I just left an amazing comment (hehe) and Blogger kicked me off... So anyways, how was your Thanksgiving? That video is so adorable, I think you should upload dozens more so I can just watch Connor and not do my homework...That law class sounds pretty intense! I just went to a presentation of a forensic nurse and she was talking about her experiences testifying and how frustrating it would be when she knew the defender was guilty, but didn't have the concrete evidence...Anways, what are you doing for Christmas (I know you told me, but...I think I only remember about 10% of what I hear)
