For the last few weeks Tom and I have been really nervous about going back to Michigan due to our finances. Out of state tuition is ridiculous, not to mention just the basic cost of living while going to school. But thanks to my wonderful dept at good old MSU I have a great assistantship for this next year that will pay the tuition, health insurance for all three of us, and give me a pay check. I will also be getting really great lab experience. I can't believe it...I'm actually really excited about going back to Michigan! Changing subjects...The three of us are going down to the beach today for what may be our last time. =( It makes me sad to think that this is it. I've been going to that beach house ever since I was born! I have so many wonderful memories of playing in the sand, eating at Moe's, chasing seagulls on the beach, trying to get my sister to eat "sand cookies"...*sniff sniff*. Oh well, hopefully Tom and I will be in the position in the future to provide some of the same experiences for Connor.

NO WAY!!! I'm so excited to hear your good news! THings are really coming together for you, Praise the Lord! He has such good things for you! Not that I really want you to leave...But I'm so glad you're getting the oportunity to go back. I'm glad you get to go down to the beach, and I hope the three of you have a very relaxing, wonderful time. I'll give you a call next week to catch up. Yeah, I'm hoping to get a teaching assistantship for next year for the experience. So how's Austria you very lucky person?

Hey, I left a message for you on Tom's phone. I'M ALMOST done and we need to go to the Farmer's Market, and I would just love to talk to you anyways! I hope you guys had a blast at the beach cabin, and I hope Tom is healed.

yesterday was so much fun! Connor is just so adorable. :) I'll have to download my pics and send them to you. I can't wait to see what our pieces look like... the handprint idea was really cool. :) Very mommy-ish. :D
